The Challenge
A midstream operator building a 40-mile gathering system across three South Texas counties was experiencing chronic material delivery delays. Pipe and fittings were arriving weeks late, and incorrect material specs caused 15% of deliveries to be rejected.
Our Approach
We took over technical procurement using ConstruChain to track every line item from PO through delivery. Our engineers reviewed all material specs against design requirements, catching 23 specification errors before orders were placed. We renegotiated vendor delivery schedules to align with the construction spread sequence.
