The Challenge
A major LNG operator needed additional structural and piping engineering capacity to support a multi-train expansion project on an aggressive schedule. The existing EPC team was at capacity and needed a local firm that could integrate seamlessly.
Our Approach
We embedded a team of 12 engineers and detailers directly into the project execution workflow. Our piping engineers handled detailed design for interconnecting piping while our structural team detailed pipe racks and equipment foundations. Daily coordination with the EPC's lead designers ensured zero interface conflicts.
The Result
Delivered over 800 piping isometrics and 200 structural detail sheets on schedule. Our integrated approach eliminated the typical 3-5 day RFI cycle for cross-discipline coordination, saving an estimated 6 weeks on the critical path.
